For the last twenty-three years, Mark has been an effective and results-oriented attorney with a proven record of success in various disciplines of civil and criminal litigation, bankruptcy, personal injury, commercial real estate litigation, transactional agreements and municipal law. He has served as Solicitor of the Newtown Township Delaware County Municipal Authority and served on the Newtown Township Delaware County Planning Commission. Presently, Mark is general Counsel to Northeast Union, Inc., a construction and technology company located in Bensalem, Bucks County.
He has experience with Pan-Asian business and culture, working with Korean businesses, when he was the New Jersey Managing Attorney for Choi and Associates.
Mark holds a realtor license and also works as a commercial realtor with Century 21 Alliance in Buckingham, PA.
Prior to practicing law, Mark enjoyed business/transactional success by overseeing and managing domestic and international intermodal freight as a Pricing Coordinator for CMX Trucking, a subsidiary of a CSX, which is a Fortune 500 Transportation company.
Mark grew up in Delaware County and presently lives in Plumsteadville with his wife Diane.
