Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (A.R.D.)
A.R.D. is an excellent pre-trial diversionary program that may be available for first-time non-violent offenses, including DUI. Although the program is administered somewhat differently in each county, our attorneys have been successful at guiding clients through the steps, including community service, to get their criminal records expunged.
